Free delivery is available for addresses in the OX10 and OX11 postcode areas. For all other UK addresses there is a flat charge of £3.95 per order to cover postage and packing costs.

We accept payment by any Mastercard or Visa Credit and Debit cards.

All personalised clothing items are made to order, so please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. We will always try to ship sooner, but this may not be possible at busy times.

Any personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have manufacturing defects. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us using the form opposite (referencing your order number) and let us know the problem. We will then advise you what to do next.
